Where most resorts are in a sales posture, utilizing both a marketing and sales team, our resort is employing a "Price Proposition" to sell off its foreclosed inventory.

We are not a developer. We are a not for profit Townhouse Association

Where the national average cost of a timeshare interval is well over $16,000.00, our average price is $2,200.00.

We do not have sales parties. We do not give gifts. We do not have tours.

We do have a limited number of deeded timeshare weeks that have become available and to which we have clear title.



Since our main source of income is derived through maintenance fees, it benefits us to get these weeks into the hands of new owners as quickly as possible. By offering them at the lowest possible prices, it affords the buyer the opportunity to acquire an initial or an additional vacation week at truly substantial savings. In addition to our published prices, further flexibility may also be available based on unit and week.

In Addition: Prices include closing costs as well as a one year membership with RCI, or if you are already a member, an additional year with RCI or Interval International.
