COLD SPRING RESORT has three types of units available for rental:

• Lodge: 1 Bedroom and sleeps 5.
• Duplex: 2 Bedroom and sleeps 6
• Townhouse: 3 Bedroom and sleeps 8.

Call the Resort Office at 603-536-4600 for Current Rates and midweek special rates.
Office hours: 8:00AM - 9:00PM daily.

All prices include 8% room and meals tax.
There is a 15% discount for owners.
A $100 security deposit is required for non-owners.
Check-in at 4:00PM; Check-out at 10:00AM.

Reservations guaranteed only upon receipt of 1/2 deposit.
Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled prior to 10 days of arrival date, the advance deposit less $10.00 will be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled inside of 10 days of arrival date, the advance deposit is non-refundable.
