
Where most resorts are in a sale posture, utilizing a marketing and sales team, our resort is employing a "Price Proposition" to sell off its foreclosed inventory.
Where the national average cost of a timeshare interval is over $16,000.00, our average price is $2,200.00.
We are a not-for-profit Townhouse Association, not a developer. We do not pay both a marketing and sales force over 50% of each sale and then have to raise our prices in order to make a profit. We do not have sales parties, tours or give gifts.
What we do have is a limited number of deeded weeks comprised of high, medium and low demand vacation times with one, two and three bedroom units in the mix.
Since our main source of income is derived through annual maintenance fees, selling the weeks off as quickly and inexpensively as possible benefits the Association as well as our present owners.
In addition, our pricing benefits the new buyers by enabling them to own a deeded vacation week for a fraction of the original cost.
Our purchase prices, based on unit size and demand time, are from:
$890.00 to $4,990.00
Closing costs and a one year membership to RCI or Interval International is included in the purchase price.
